Refund Policy

At MindfulColleague, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept refund or exchange requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a refund or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide clear evidence of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or exchanged for the correct item, subject to availability.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of apparel and customized products, all sales are considered final unless an error or defect is confirmed on our part.
